I can’t believe I’m doing this, but starting last month I’ve taken before pictures and I’ll post monthly progress.  You won’t see huge or instant changes here, but I’m doing it anyway, sports bra and all! I think this is more for me than anyone else at this point in my life and weight loss journey.
