You are getting up and you are doing this thing called life. It is not a number on a scale, it is not a pant size, it is not what you look like but who you are. You are choosing to be the best Tammy on the planet and over time the other stuff will come. I promise. Grace, give yourself grace and let go of the rest. Some of my greatest successes could be failures if I had stopped. No stopping in life. Draw the line in the sand and do not cross back over! Lets go lady, we are here with you!
